By accessing or using the Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. These Terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Usage & Content Disclosure Policy, Marketing Consent Notice, and, where a services relationship exists, our Professional Services Terms of Use.
Who We Are
Nathan & Brank is a retained marketing partner operating across the United Arab Emirates, Kenya, and South Africa, and serving clients internationally. The Site provides information about our services, methodology, and team, and allows visitors to make enquiries, request proposals, and subscribe to communications.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for business users and individuals acting in a professional capacity who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to submit it on behalf of any organisation you represent.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Nathan & Brank name and marks, methodology descriptions (including the WHO/WHY/WHAT/WHERE framework), images, and the design and structure of the Site is owned by or licensed to Nathan & Brank and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right in any Nathan & Brank intellectual property except as expressly stated.
Enquiries
The information on the Site, including service descriptions, case studies, pricing indications, and methodology descriptions is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer to contract. A commercial relationship with Nathan & Brank is only formed upon execution of a signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement, which will incorporate our Professional Services Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between the Site content and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or content (including social media, client references, and press coverage) that are not owned or controlled by Nathan & Brank. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites and linking does not imply endorsement. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nathan & Brank regarding use of the Site.
