Marketing Consent Notice

Nathan Marketing Management LLC (“Nathan & Brank”)  ·  Effective Date: 2 July 2026

01

Purpose of This Notice

This Marketing Consent Notice explains how Nathan & Brank (“Nathan & Brank”, “we”, “us”) obtains and manages your consent to send you marketing communications and describes your related rights.

This Marketing Consent Notice supplements our Privacy Policy.

02

What You Are Consenting To

If you opt in via our Site (e.g. through a newsletter sign-up, content download, event registration, or enquiry form checkbox), you consent to receive marketing communications from Nathan & Brank, which may include:

  • newsletters and thought leadership content;
  • updates on our services, methodology, and case studies;
  • invitations to events, webinars, and roundtables;
  • promotional content relating to Nathan & Brank's services.

Marketing communications may be sent by email and, where you separately provide and consent to it, by other channels.

03

Basis for Sending Marketing Communications

Where required by applicable law including the UAE PDPL, GDPR, UK GDPR, POPIA, and the Kenya Data Protection Act, we rely on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent (via an opt-in mechanism, not a pre-ticked box) before sending electronic marketing communications. Consent is not a condition of using the Site or submitting a general enquiry.

Where permitted under applicable “soft opt-in” or legitimate interest provisions (e.g. marketing similar services to existing clients who have not objected), we may rely on legitimate interest instead of consent and will always provide a clear opt-out.

04

How We Process Your Data for Marketing

Your name, email address, and any related engagement data (such as email opens, clicks, and content downloads) may be processed within our CRM and email marketing platforms, including the lifecycle and engagement systems described in our service offering, to manage segmentation, personalisation, and communication frequency. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

05

Your Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by:

  • clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing email;
  • contacting us at support@nathanbrank.com;
  • updating your preferences via any preference centre link provided in our communications.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal and does not affect service-related or transactional communications necessary for an active client relationship.

06

Record of Consent

We keep a record of when and how consent was given (or withdrawn), including the date, the mechanism used, and the specific communications consented to, in order to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.

07

Children

Marketing communications are directed at business professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly seek or process marketing consent from children.

08

Complaints

If you believe we have processed your data for marketing purposes without a valid legal basis, you may contact us using the details below, or lodge a complaint with your relevant data protection authority (including the UAE Data Office, Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner, South Africa's Information Regulator, or your EU/UK supervisory authority).
