Behind Nathan & Brank are two people who have spent their careers watching good businesses lose to worse ones that simply market better, and who refused to keep accepting it. The company is their answer.

The failure
Both founders have spent their careers in the operator's seat, and both have watched the same thing happen too many times to accept it. A superior product, a more capable team, a better answer for the customer, and none of it mattered, because a weaker competitor told a clearer story to the right people at the right moment. That is the failure Nathan & Brank was built to stop.
Why it happens
This outcome is almost never deserved and almost always avoidable. Businesses do not lose because their marketing is not clever enough. They lose because it was never built around their customer in the first place, and because they were left to figure it out alone while better-resourced competitors pulled ahead. We exist to make sure the businesses we work with are never the ones that lose for that reason.

Nathan & Brank is a partnership in the truest sense. The name joins the two founders' surnames, and the company reflects the two things they each bring to it. Explore each, and what connects them.
What they share
What connects them is empathy for the people who build businesses. Rohan helps entrepreneurs succeed through the companies he creates. Benjamin helps them succeed through marketing.
Nathan & Brank is where those two instincts meet: a partner that is both technology-driven and people-driven, built on the conviction that every business owner deserves a genuine chance at success with the right team beside them.

The shift we saw
When AI entered global business, both founders saw immediately what it would mean: the gap between the businesses that market well and the ones that fall behind was about to widen faster than ever. Most companies have little real exposure to what AI can actually do for them, and the noise around it makes genuine guidance hard to find.
What we do about it
We built Nathan & Brank to be the team that already understands it, and that turns it into an advantage for you rather than another thing to keep up with. We do not hand clients off-the-shelf solutions. We do a deep dive into the whole business, understand it inside and out, and only then offer our advice and the path forward. The technology matters, but it is always in service of one thing: making sure a business that deserves to win actually does.
Operatingconvictions,notvaluesstatements.
These are not values statements. They are operating convictions, the beliefs that shape how we make decisions, structure work, and measure success.
Marketing should compound, not just activate.
A campaign that runs and ends leaves nothing behind. A marketing function built properly gets more effective over time, because each cycle of work informs the next. We build functions designed to compound, not just deliver output.
The customer comes before the channel.
Most marketing decisions start with a channel. We start with the customer. Who are they, where are they in their journey, what do they need to know or feel before the next step? The channel follows from that answer. It is never the starting point.
Creative is a production problem, not a talent problem.
Inconsistent output is almost never a lack of talent. It is a lack of structure: no briefing process, no cadence, no approval workflow, no asset management. We treat creative as an operating function, which is how we produce at volume and hold quality at the same time.
Reporting is part of the work, not a separate product.
Performance reporting exists to close the loop and improve the next cycle. It is not something a client should pay extra for. It is built into every service, because measurement is part of the work, not an optional add-on.
One team is better than five vendors.
Briefing five relationships separately, reconciling their outputs, and chasing approvals across all of them costs more than it saves. One team that holds the full picture produces better, faster, more connected work than five specialists who never speak to each other.
Aretainedoperatingpartner.
The relationship is ongoing. The team is embedded. The work is connected to commercial outcomes from day one and measured against them month after month.
What we are not
- Not a traditional agency that pitches campaigns and executes them in isolation.
- Not a SaaS company selling a marketing platform.
- Not a content production house delivering assets without direction.
- Not a freelance network or a project-based studio.
Eight specialist services, each available on its own, brought together for complete coverage by The Orbit: one team, one retainer, no gaps.
Technology-enabled, with AI as an internal operating advantage, not a platform you log into. Working across three countries with B2B service businesses, scale-up SaaS, ecommerce brands, and consumer operators.
The methodology adapts to each industry's customer journey. The operating model stays the same.
Ateamthatisgenuinelyinvestedinwhetheryouwin.
Not to add to the noise, but to cut through it. If your marketing should be winning and is not, let's talk about why.
