AIUsage&ContentDisclosurePolicy

Nathan Marketing Management LLC (“Nathan & Brank”)  ·  Effective Date: 2 July 2026

01

Purpose

This AI Usage & Content Disclosure Policy explains how Nathan & Brank (“Nathan & Brank”, “we”, “us”) uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) in connection with the www.nathanbrank.com website (the “Site”) and in the delivery of our marketing services to clients. It is provided for transparency to Site visitors, prospective clients, and clients, and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Professional Services Terms of Use.

02

Scope of AI Use

2.1 Internal operating tools.

Nathan & Brank uses AI-enabled internal tools to coordinate workflows, manage creative production, track campaign performance, and surface insights across client accounts. This is internal operating infrastructure that supports our team's speed, consistency, and accountability. It is not a product that clients or Site visitors interact with directly, and clients do not log into or operate these tools themselves.

2.2 Content and creative production.

As part of the Creative Supply Chain, Growth Campaigns & Market Activation, and other services, AI tools may be used to support aspects of research, drafting, ideation, design production, or data analysis. All AI-assisted output produced for clients is subject to human review, editing, brand alignment, and approval by our team before delivery, consistent with our standard briefing, production, and approval workflow.

2.3 AI Search Visibility service.

Our AI Search Visibility service involves analysing and optimising how client brands appear within third-party AI search and answer systems (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Mode, and Google AI Overviews). This service concerns visibility within external AI systems operated by third parties and is distinct from Nathan & Brank's own use of AI described in this Policy.

2.4 Site features

The Site includes one client-facing AI feature: an AI chat assistant that visitors may choose to engage with. Use of the assistant is entirely optional. It only activates when a visitor opens it and begins a conversation, and it can be closed at any time.

The assistant's function is limited to answering questions about the services Nathan & Brank offers. It provides information on the company's service areas, explains how those services work, and helps visitors understand which offering may suit their needs. It does not process payments, collect sensitive personal data, provide professional or contractual advice, or make binding commitments on behalf of the company. Any formal enquiry, quotation, or engagement is handled by a member of the Nathan & Brank team, not by the assistant.

The content of conversations with the assistant is retained. Visitors should avoid sharing confidential or sensitive personal information through the assistant and can instead use the enquiry channels provided elsewhere on the Site for anything of that nature.

Visitors can identify AI-generated interactions clearly. The assistant is labelled as an AI assistant at the point of engagement, and its responses are generated by an automated system rather than a human operator. Where a visitor prefers to speak with a person, they can contact the team directly through the enquiry channels provided elsewhere on the Site.

Nathan & Brank reviews the assistant's scope and behaviour on an ongoing basis to ensure it remains accurate and limited to the purpose described above.

03

Human Oversight

AI tools support our team; they do not replace professional judgment. Strategic recommendations, creative direction, brand positioning, and final deliverables are reviewed and approved by qualified Nathan & Brank personnel before being shared with or published on behalf of a client. Nathan & Brank remains fully responsible for all work product delivered to clients, regardless of the tools used to produce it.

04

Data Used in AI Tools

Where AI tools process personal data or client confidential information (ie: in campaign performance analysis or content drafting), we take steps to use reputable providers, apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards, and avoid using client confidential data to train publicly available third-party AI models without authorisation. Further detail on how personal data is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, in a data processing agreement with the relevant client.

05

Accuracy and Limitations

AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, including in research, data analysis, or drafting. Nathan & Brank applies human review to identify and correct such issues before deliverables are finalised but cannot guarantee that AI-assisted content is free of error. Clients and Site visitors should not rely on any AI-assisted content published by Nathan & Brank as independent professional, legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

06

Content Disclosure

Where required by applicable law, platform policy, or client instruction, Nathan & Brank will appropriately disclose the use of AI in the production of specific content or communications. Absent such a requirement, Nathan & Brank does not routinely label individual pieces of client-facing content as “AI-generated” where the content has been substantively developed, edited, and approved by our team, consistent with standard industry and creative-agency practice.

07

No AI Decision-Making About Individuals

Nathan & Brank does not use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals (such as automated decisions affecting employment, credit, or access to services) without human involvement. Where our lifecycle and CRM services use behaviour-based triggers or automation rules, these operate within parameters set and reviewed by our team and the client.
